# REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Maeven. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

## RETURNS

You have **30 days** from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

**The following items are non-returnable:**
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

## REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**.

**Please note:** Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

## LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

## EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at **contact@maeven.com** with photos of the damaged or defective item.

## SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

## DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at **contact@maeven.com** with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

## CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within **24 hours** of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at **contact@maeven.com**.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
